Who We Are
A development team with a recruiting spine
Team Fusion is the development and exposure team under SWBS Recruiting (Southwest Basketball Showcase), a coach-led college basketball recruiting service run by Coach Lee Williams. We exist for one reason: to move young players from potential to opportunity.
Our players train year-round on skill, strength, and basketball IQ. Then we take them to the gyms college coaches actually walk into — live showcases, NCAA evaluation periods, and regional circuits across Texas and the Southwest.
We believe every young girl deserves the opportunity to shine on and off the court. That means real coaching, real accountability, and real relationships — not just a jersey and a schedule.

Development
What we do in the gym
Three tracks, run all year. Every player is evaluated and assigned work she can actually measure.
Skill Development
Ball handling, footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing packages, and position-specific work — broken into reps coaches can correct and players can repeat.
Strength & Conditioning
Age-appropriate strength, mobility, and change-of-direction training built to reduce injury risk and hold up through a full travel season.
Film & IQ
Film breakdown, reads, and decision-making. Players learn to see the game — spacing, pace, and the why behind every possession.
Exposure
What we do outside the gym
Development gets her ready. Exposure gets her found. We handle both.
Showcase Circuit
Live events in Texas and across the Southwest — including the SheBallin Extravaganza, Puma sessions, and Live In Las Vegas.
College Coach Access
We put players in front of programs that match their level and their goals — and we communicate with those staffs before and after.
Recruiting Profile
A shareable player page with measurables, academics, film, and verified stats. One link a college coach can open and evaluate.
